AiNativeWebsite.com ("we," "us," or "our") provides website migration, build, hosting, and AI-assisted update services for small businesses. By submitting an application or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Website migration or build fees are quoted and agreed upon before work begins. Payment is due as specified in your project agreement. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, except where otherwise agreed in writing.
Hosting is provided free of charge as part of our service. Email-based update requests are handled by our AI system and team. We reserve the right to set reasonable limits on update frequency and scope. We do not guarantee turnaround times, though we aim to process most requests within one business day.
You retain ownership of all content you provide — text, images, logos, and other materials. By providing content to us, you grant us a license to use it solely for the purpose of building and maintaining your website. You represent that you have the rights to all content you submit.
You agree not to use our services to publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to decline or terminate services for sites that violate these standards.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will provide a reasonable transition period for you to migrate your website to another provider. Hosting will remain active during this period.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify active clients of material changes by email.
